**8.30am-1pm Saturdays**
We are currently seeking 2, part time administrators/showroom assistants to join our team at Russell Jones Kitchens & Bedrooms in Kinmel Bay.
**Duties will include**:
**Showroom & Administrative support**
- Handling correspondance
- Managing calendars and organising appointments
- Oversee day to day running of the showroom
- Ensure the showroom is clean and tidy at all times
- Receiving and processing cash and card transactions
- Ad hoc tasks as and when required
**Customer Communication**
- Greeting customers with a sincere and warm welcome and ensure they are aware you are there to help
- Answering enquiries
- Problem solving
- Providing excellent customer service
- Regularly update product knowledge so as to offer accurate advice
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in an administrative and/or customer facing role
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise workload effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
