About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Administrative Assistant to provide senior secretarial support to the Central Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service Senior Leadership and Management Team within the Department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Senior Leadership and Management Team, including preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Communicate with external organizations and individuals on behalf of the team, ensuring effective and efficient communication.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases, ensuring confidentiality and discretion at all times.
  • Provide advice and guidance on administrative matters, resolving issues and referring complex matters to the most appropriate person.
  • Develop and implement administrative procedures and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience in administration or a related field.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leaders and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of organizational and time management skills.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive and confidential information.
Desirable Qualifications and Experience
  • Stage 3 in Administration or a related field.
  • IT-related qualification or experience.
  • Cymhwyster Clyw Deipio or equivalent experience.
