Job Overview
The Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board is seeking a skilled and flexible administrative professional to join its Admin & Clerical Bank. As a Bank Administration Assistant, you will provide temporary support to various clinical services across North Wales, working on a flexible approach to meet the needs of the organization.
Main Duties
We are looking for a motivated and organized individual with experience in administrative and clerical duties. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to work well within existing teams to cover short-term, long-term, and ad-hoc vacancies.
The successful candidate will provide cover for absence of secretarial and administrative staff, including reception cover, ward clerk cover, booking of appointments, audio typing, and general office duties. You will need to have a flexible approach to work, be reliable, adaptable, and have good organizational skills. A pleasant telephone manner and good communication skills are essential.
