Administrator with SAGE experience

Adele Carr Recruitment are seeking a SAGE Administrator on a permanent full time basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced business, collaborating with a dynamic team. The position is based in Denbighshire paying up to £25,000pa.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Assist with importing data into SAGE
Monitor of costings.
Stock reconciliations
Verify and match delivery notes
Receipt delivery notes against pre-entered purchase orders.
Maintain accurate stock
Prepare bills of material and credit requests as needed.
Run reports
Notify sites about expected deliveries and request same-day delivery notes.
Oversee month-end activities, including stock valuations, postings, and reconciliations.
Participate in periodic stock checks at sites.
Place purchase orders on a weekly basis.
**PERSON SPECIFICATION**:
SAGE experience
Ability to prioritise workload and manage projects effectively.
Excellent interpersonal skills and proficiency in MS Office.
Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work to strict deadlines.
Flexible and adaptable, including the willingness to work extra hours during busy periods.
Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
