Part-time Bookkeeper

Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, and Xero
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements
- Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Assist with the preparation of tax returns
**Experience**:
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role
- Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, and Xero
- Strong understanding of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients
