Key Responsibilities: The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Managing designated specialties and operational day-to-day management of administration processes.
- Deputizing for the Lead Manager as required.
- Managing medical staffing issues on behalf of the Director within designated specialties.
- Developing services and implementing change to meet performance targets.
- Preparing and presenting information to clinical staff to influence, change, and inform decisions.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a degree/diploma level qualification, or equivalent experience, and a comprehensive understanding of performance targets as outlined in the Ministerial Priorities. You should also have experience of working with multi-disciplinary teams, budget management, and developing services to meet performance targets. Additionally, you will need to have excellent report writing skills, presentation skills, and a working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Salary: The salary for this role is £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
