We are not your average call centre, we are passionate about creating a positive and fun work environment and we are currently opening the doors to welcoming a dynamic and motivated Customer Success Specialist (B2B)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate and qualify leads to set appointments for the sales team within primary and healthcare sectors
- Take ownership of lead generation process, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate documentation in CRM systems
- Maintain and update CRM databases with enriched data obtained through research and interactions
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide necessary support and ensure seamless handover of leads
- Continuously identify and suggest improvements to sales processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Demonstrate active listening skills to understand client needs and preferences, tailoring communication accordingly.

**Essential Skills**:

- Previous experience in Business Development or Sales
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
- Attention to detail
- Customer-centric attitude
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data enrichment processes

**Desirable (but not essential)**:

- Experience in selling into primary and healthcare sectors
- Experience in lead generating/appointment setting

**Salary from**: £24,000

**Hours**:Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm

**Location**: Banbury City Centre

**Start date**: 15th April 2024

**Salary**: From £24,000.00 per year
