Tasks and Qualifications:
**Duties**:

- Inspect claims and agree with the customer on a resolution.
- Involve internal and external parties as required per case.
- Are responsible for tracking and being the owner of all warranty cases in your region.
- Maintain information of all equipment under warranty in your region
- Support in reporting the bigger picture of warranty for the EMEA region
- Calculate costs for solutions to warranty cases
- Coordinate and support root cause analyses
- Contribute in updating the fleet information of our installations in the field.

Main qualifications:

- Experience in a customer facing role
- Technical schooling or aptitude
- Experience with SAP is a plus
- Speaking and writing fluently in English is a must, any other European language is a plus.
