We are looking for committed and experienced individuals to join our highly successful client as an additional and brand new team as Customer Care Agents to support with the increased business demands. In this role you will be responsible for providing aftersalessupport to retail customers.

These roles are offered on six month contracts initially and could lead to full time roles and a promising new career.

**Key accountabilities for the Customer Care Agent**
- Answering after sales support calls
- Price, product, and general enquiries in response to customer requests
- Identifying of parts using inhouse identification software
- Resolution of all complaints from start to finish working to company guidelines
- Arrange repairs with customer for in and out of warranty products
- Participate in the teams daily briefing
- Accurate order processing and processing payments

**Key skills/experience and attributes required for the Customer Care Agent**:

- Strong customer service experience with good initiative
- Accurate, accountable, and able to build strong relationships
- Confident communication skills
- Experience in working with a CRM system
- MS Office, or Google Suite experience
- Organised and methodical, polite, resilient, adaptable
- Able to work within a team

The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm with an hour for lunch,

3 days office 2 days home if preferred.
