Contribute to the development and delivery of Trust strategies and initiatives by delivering and evaluating appropriate training packages and competency assessments. To work as a member of the Trust education team delivering classroom training on each of the programmes associated with pre-professional learning. To contribute to the quality control aspects of all pre-professional training provision within the Trust.

Maintain awareness of the other work streams and projects and cross cover colleagues as required. Being flexible, to work with learners out of hours or when required, work as part of the team in a clinical area, i.e. when the hospital is in escalation.
