About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Outreach Tutor to provide community-based employability training services to unemployed participants aged 19+. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires flexibility with delivery methods and adaptation to learners' needs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Prepare, deliver and coach learners in a group based setting through their Employability programme.
  2. Provide engaging and exciting training sessions to inspire and motivate learners.
  3. Support learners to progress onwards through various progression routes.
  4. Manage and monitor learner data, ensuring efficient processing of ALS & support need requests.
Requirements
  • Experience of delivering Employability training - group based.
  • Hold or be willing to work towards recognised teaching qualification at Level 3 or above.
  • Understand Ofsted EIF.
  • Ability to engage and inspire learners in a group/classroom based setting.
  • Energy and passion to motivate and train clients towards securing employment.
  • Confidence, tenacity and ability to work on own initiative.
  • Fully qualified driver with access to own vehicle.
  • Flexibility with travel.
