Job Title:

Educational Support Professional

Location: Active SEN, a school catering for students aged 11-19 years with a range of SEN needs.

Salary: £80 - £100 per day, depending on experience

We are seeking an experienced Educational Support Professional to join our team at Active SEN. As an Educational Support Professional, you will be responsible for providing learning and teaching support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and additional needs.

About the Role:

  • Maintain the classroom and equipment in a safe and tidy condition.
  • Contribute to record-keeping by recording observations of pupils during the school day.
  • Promote, support and facilitate inclusion by encouraging participation of all pupils in learning and extracurricular activities.
  • Provide teaching and learning support including the use of appropriate technical resources.
  • Support students with SEN and additional needs.

Requirements:

  • A clear enhanced DBS required
  • Term time only working pattern
  • Travel expenses covered up to 100%
