SEN Support Professional Opportunity

Job Summary: SEN Teacher

We are seeking a highly skilled SEN Teacher to join our dedicated team at SEND Inclusion Support in Luton. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing tailored support to children with SEND, particularly Autism, and contributing to the overall success of the school.

Your role will involve developing and delivering personalized lesson plans to cater to the unique needs of our students, as well as working collaboratively with the Senior Leadership Team to drive the school's overall success.

About the Position:

  • You will design and deliver engaging lesson plans that cater to the individual requirements of students with SEND, focusing on Autism and SEMH.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to drive the overall success of the school.

Essential Requirements:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with specialized experience in teaching children with SEND, specifically Autism and SEMH.
  • Demonstrate adaptability in teaching methodologies to meet the varied needs of individual students.

Salary Information: The estimated salary for this role is up to £45,000 per annum, based on your qualifications and experience.
