Corporate Learning Facilitator

As a Corporate Learning Facilitator, you will play a critical role in delivering effective training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our staff, customers, and users.
Salary: The estimated salary for this position is $75,000 - $95,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Description: In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating training sessions, creating instructional materials, and assessing learner progress. You will work closely with subject matter experts to develop training programs that meet the needs of our clients and ensure the correct operation and maintenance of company equipment and products. Your duties may change from time to time without notice.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field
- Proven experience in training development and delivery
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
