Talent Acquisition Administrator
We are currently recruiting **Administrators** to join our Talent Acquisition Team. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a fast-paced in-house recruitment team providing services to North Yorkshire Police (NYP), North Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service (NYFRS) and the Office of the Police, Fire & Crime Commissioner (OPFCC).
The role is based at our Head Office in Northallerton, with hybrid working arrangements including home working.
We are able to consider full and part time working hours, and we are currently recruiting for permanent and temporary opportunities within our team in the next 12 months.
As a Talent Acquisition Administrator you will be responsible for supporting our team of Recruiters and administering the on-boarding of a diverse range of talent. With a significant focus on customer service, you will act as a point of contact for recruitment and on-boarding enquiries.
This is a fast paced and rewarding administrative role, supporting in the day-to-day co-ordination of key recruitment campaigns for 2 emergency services.
Other duties and responsibilities will include:
- You will be responsible for the accurate recording of information on systems (such as our Applicant Tracking System) as well as the provision of advice and information to managers.
- You will effectively build and maintain relationships with a range of cross functional teams which support the on-boarding process of all new hires including; payroll, vetting, clothing, occupational health and ICT teams.
- Administration experience with high level of attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office and other digital platforms
- A self-starter with strong organisational skills who can prioritise work to achieve tight deadlines

**Salary**: £20,490 to £22,677 based on 37 hours per week (Full time)
