Are you looking for a new role within Administration?

I am working with a client as they are recruiting for an Administrator/Receptionist to join their team on a full time basis.

To be successful in this role, you will have previous admin experienced, be detail orientated and well presented as you will be greeting clients.

Duties will include;
- The first point of contact for callers both via telephone and in person
- Dealing with all incoming telephone enquiries, ensuring all calls are answered quickly and efficiently and, where appropriate, screened.
- Providing general information relating to departments as appropriate
- Ensure staff movements in and out of the organisation are updated using Company software
- Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness for Health & Safety and Fire Regulations
- General administrative assistance to various departments within the business utilising Microsoft Office suite of software in particular; Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Monitoring stationery and ordering supplies to meet organisational needs ensuring it is stored appropriately
- Occasionally assisting in the preparation of large mail shots and preparation of materials for events and meetings.
- Maintaining meeting space diary of events and attending to external bookings, if needed
