We are recruiting for an apprentice to join our busy and growing team here in our Northallerton office.


Si Recruitment is an agency specialising in the recruitment of accountancy, office support, sales, technical and engineering roles throughout Yorkshire and the North East.


Supporting our Administration Manager and Consultants, your duties will include:

  • Write, update and amend CVs for the recruitment consultants.
  • Answer the telephone in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process registration forms and proof of ID documentation adhering to strict GDPR rules.
  • General office admin filing, photocopying, printing.
  • Digital marketing assisting in producing regular content for company social media accounts including LinkedIn, Facebook & Twitter.
  • Provide cover on Consultant desks during annual leave/absence.
  • Raising of invoices.

Person specification:

  • GCSE grade C or equivalent in Maths & English
  • Good standard of IT skills including Microsoft Office
- primarily Word and Outlook

  • Team player with good communication skills

Benefits:

- £6.50 per hour

  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays

Working hours:

37 hour week

8.30am

  • 5.00pm, Monday Thursday (1 hour lunch)
on a Friday (1 hour lunch)
