Supporting our Administration Manager and Consultants, your duties will include:
- Write, update and amend CVs for the recruitment consultants.
- Answer the telephone in a professional and courteous manner.
- Process registration forms and proof of ID documentation adhering to strict GDPR rules.
- General office admin filing, photocopying, printing.
- Digital marketing assisting in producing regular content for company social media accounts including LinkedIn, Facebook & Twitter.
- Provide cover on Consultant desks during annual leave/absence.
- Raising of invoices.
Person specification:
- GCSE grade C or equivalent in Maths & English
- Good standard of IT skills including Microsoft Office
- Team player with good communication skills
Benefits:
- £6.50 per hour
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
Working hours:
37 hour week
8.30am
- 5.00pm, Monday Thursday (1 hour lunch)
