Robert Heath Heating, part of Daikin UK, specialises in providing domestic and commercial heating installation, service, and maintenance services to Social Housing, and is currently engaged in long-term contracts with Housing Associations and Local Authorities, covering around 100,000 properties across the UK.
We are looking for a passionate and motivated contract administrator to join our client-focused team. This is an exciting time to join a family run business undergoing wide business change. We provide world-class customer service in a fast-paced environment, supported by our schedulers, and contact centre teams, to deliver a seamless client experience.
This role may be particularly suitable to a university graduate.
Do you have previous administration experience or are you a recent graduate looking for your first office role? Are you a confident individual with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for administrative tasks?
**MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Communicating verbally and in writing with customers and clients
- Complaint Resolution
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing communications with landlords, supply chain, and subcontractors
- Data entry, retrieval, and database management
- Utilising empathy when liaising with vulnerable customers
- A calm approach to objection handling
- Proactively own issues through to resolution
- Initiative to bring solutions not problems
- Managing client expectations
- Strong understanding and ability to use excel spreadsheets

**EXPERIENCE**
Essential
Working within heating, plumbing or construction industries
Working within a contract administration position
Working within the social housing / maintenance sector
**DESIRABLE**
Working in a customer service / helpdesk / contact centre environment
Engaging with people with unique needs and backgrounds
Experience in administrating works in plant-rooms and shared dwellings
**EDUCATION**
Essential
5 GCSEs grade A*-C (or equivalent)
**DESIRABLE**
3 A-Levels A-C (or equivalent)
