Robert Heath Heating specialises in providing domestic and commercial gas heating installation, service, and maintenance services to Social Housing, and is currently engaged in long-term contracts with Housing Associations and Local Authorities, covering around 100,000 properties across the UK.

We are looking for a passionate and motivated administrator to join our client-focused team. This is an exciting time to join a family run business undergoing wide business change. We provide world-class customer service in a fast-paced environment, supported by our schedulers and contact centre teams, to deliver a seamless client experience.

This role may be particularly suitable to a university graduate.

Do you have previous administration experience or are you a recent graduate looking for your first office role? Are you a confident individual with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for administrative tasks?

**MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**

1. Communicating verbally and in writing with customers and clients

2. Complaint Resolution

3. Dealing with incoming and outgoing communications

4. Accurately recording notes on our system

5. Data entry, retrieval, and database management

6. Strong understanding and ability to use excel spreadsheets.

7. Utilising empathy when liaising with vulnerable customers.

8. A calm approach to objection handling

9. Proactively own issues through to resolution

10. Initiative to bring solutions not problems.

11. Managing client expectations

12. Liaising with 3rd parties and clients to ensure job programmes are met.

**EXPERIENCE Essential**

Working in a customer service / helpdesk / contact centre environment/Office administration

Working within heating, plumbing or construction industries

Working within a contract administration position

Working within the social housing / maintenance sector

**EDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS Essential**

5 GCSEs grade A*-C (or equivalent)

**Desirable**

Engaging with people with different needs and backgrounds

3 A-Levels A-C (or equivalent)

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
