An established Fire and Security company are seeking a Fire Surveyor in the Berkshire area, The role of the Fire Surveyor will be to survey and prepare accurate, detailed quotations for security, life safety and fire alarm systems. Working with products and services in many areas including Fire Alarms, Emergency Lighting ,Door Access Control, External Gates/Barrier Entry Systems, CCTV. The role would be to also provide the client with quotations for works to be undertaken across the client’s portfolio, this can range from Small Works to Projects and will sit across all Fire Disciplines.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Attend site visits, site surveys and project meetings to identify and determine client requirements.
- Undertake technical surveys to obtain information required to provide fully compliant quotations to undertake any Fire and/or Security System works.
- Identify clear and concise scope of works from clients to determine the best solution and guide the client in terms of compliance and best practice.
- Complete maintenance and installation tender pricing requests, as well as any associated technical information
- Issue proposals to clients in line with their requirements and effectively chase for orders.
- Management of the pipeline through the CRM Database

**Skills Required**:

- Self-motivated with drive, enthusiasm, and resilience
- Detailed knowledge of Fire Systems, and associated equipment (ideally some security system knowledge also)
- Fire design experience and associated qualifications
- Knowledge of BS5839 and BAFE to ensure compliance

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
