- Maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers
- Reconciling the company's bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers
- Completing period-end closing procedures and reports
- Collaborating with the Accounting & Finance team to achieve financial objectives
- Adhering to all company procedures and policies related to financial management
- Managing vendor relationships and building effective partnerships
- Ensuring compliance with all financial regulations and standards

**The Successful Applicant**:
A successful Purchase Ledger Clerk should have:

- A strong academic background in Accounting & Finance
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- An ability to work efficiently under pressure
