The Opportunity

As part of the overall Creative Cloud Community team,
The Role
Launch, run, and increase impact of on-going community programs including online and in person events and community partnerships.
Build and nurture relationships with community leaders and event organisers.
Partner on programming content on Adobe Live, integrated marketing campaigns and on social media strategy that highlight the community.
Manage and grow the Adobe Express ambassador program.
Measure and track impact of events and partnerships, report on results to overall organisation.
Manage vendors and freelancers for event support.
Collaborate with EMEA teams including UK Integrated Marketing, Product Marketing Managers and Social to amplify community engagement initiatives and stay up to date with creative trends/needs of the creative community.
What is needed for success
A love for Adobe's community and understanding of Adobe products and services.
Experience building engagement programs and content to get customers creating with Adobe products and sharing with each other.
An understanding of platforms and services for online events and training programs.
Experience working with partners such as community groups, event organisers, and other companies serving individual entrepreneurs, small business owners and creative professionals.
Excellent communication, networking, and project management skills.
Ability to work independently across large internal and international teams as well as with partner organisations in the community.
Ability to travel to community events up to 25% of the time.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a design field relevant to any of the creative communities preferred or 5 years in marketing creative products or community building role.
Experience using Creative Cloud tools and services is a bonus.
