Custom Haus (formally Big V Kampers & Kustoms) are a camper van converter and car body paint & repair shop.

We are a small family business based in Swindon run by brother and sister, Kirsty & Karl. We help people bring their van build dreams to life, through delivering bespoke builds and keeping them safe on the road. Our team is made up of people who all love vans, cars and holidays, who are very skilled in their own trades, but come together to create a great end to end experience for our customers.

Most customers come back time and time again and become friends and fans, so we aim to provide a great experience every time. To do this we have to be organised, efficient and well run. Customer service standards, cash flow management and record keeping is at the heart of this, which is why we are looking for an office administrator to join our busy team.

Kirsty & Karl believe in supporting people to learn new skills and trades, whatever stage of life you may be in, so we welcome to opportunity to support an apprentice. Kirsty is a coach, so you will have the opportunity to work on your personal development alongside the formal programme.

About the Team: 2 directors, Kirsty & Karl Venghaus. 8 team members

**About the Role (Brief Overview)**:
As our Business Administration Apprentice, you will provide invaluable support to our organisation and the wider team. This will include your help with sales processing and general team support to maintain our organisation and efficiency.

**And Day to Day?. You will be Responsible for**:
**Sales Processing**
- Processing and invoicing sales orders from customers.
- Tracking & chasing customer payments in line with deposits, drop off and collection payment plans.
- Support the sales team with sending & chasing customer quotes
- Create job cards for customer projects
- Input data into our accounting system (Hub Doc & Xero)
- Handle and allocate incoming customer enquiries and complaints ensuring they are dealt with within service levels.
- Manage the booking schedule, maintaining the flow of work through the workshop and keeping customers informed of progress of their projects

**Team support**
- General office support to include filing, answering phone, reception
- Arranging travel and accommodation bookings for events
- Recording holiday and sickness
- Manging timesheets

**Supplier Management**
- Procurement
- manage deliveries ordered, received and paid
- Upload & reconcile supplier invoices to Xero using Hubdoc
- Regular reviews of inventory pricing, informing management team of price changes to quotes can be adjusted in line with changes

**Minimum Qualifications Required**:

- GCSE - English and Maths (Grade C or above)

**Additional Desired Experience/ Quals.**
- Some customer service experience, preferably in an office environment.
- Own transport as we are located in an industrial estate and public transport links are poor.
- Interested in vans/cars etc in order to make good conversation with customers
- Ability to use Google workspace, Word and Excel
