Fixed Term - 12 months

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a band 3 Apprenticeship Administrator. We are looking for a motivated, skilled individual who is organised and able to provide a high level of administration to the Apprenticeship Team. This role is varied and interesting requiring some pastoral support.

1. To type up 1:1 reports from meetings between Apprentice Coordinator and Apprentice Manager
despatch as appropriate.
3. To refer all new apprentices to identified training providers using a template
4. To maintain communications with internal and external departments and training providers on a range
of issues.
5. To update and add new learners onto the digital apprenticeship service
6. To Prepare resources for teaching and presentations, as and when required.
7. To provide admin support for Apprenticeship recruitment events
8. To manage and maintain the apprentice database
9. To manage audit data including completion of any external data requirements such as HEE quarterly
reporting
10. To prioritise workload according to service requirements and urgency; working on own initiative and
referring to the appropriate manager as required.

11. To notify of any issues to Apprenticeship Lead regarding data
12. To maintain records for all apprentices on programme.
14. To maintain a level of knowledge and understanding around current projects/initiatives applicable to
apprenticeships
15. To arrange meetings / appointments and managing diaries for the Apprenticeship Coordinator and the
Training and Development Lead for the Wider Workforce and Apprenticeship Lead
16. To retrieve information on a regular basis to provide statistics on behalf of the Apprenticeship team on a
quarterly basis to the Human Resources department and Divisional Directors as requested
17. To provide flexible administrative and clerical cover as required meeting the needs of the service. This
might occasionally involve working on the Academy reception or at the trusts community site.
