**The opportunity**

Vermtek Pest Control is a growing, small, collaborative and customer centric business in Swindon, SN6 8TZ. It is one of the UK’s only pest control companies to offer true nationwide coverage with a managed network of pest control professionals delivering effective, innovative solutions to a wide range of organisations and customers. Based on the Oxfordshire/Wiltshire border at Shrivenham, near Swindon, Wiltshire - Vermtek offer a vibrant, close-knit team environment, dedicated to exceptional customer service. We also love dogs, wo are regularly in the office, so you will need to be comfortable with dogs.

Due to continued growth, we now seek a Business Administration Apprentice reporting to the Finance Manager. Your natural organisation skills and attention to detail will enable you to contribute and grow, taking on regular data management tasks.

You will gain experience in customer service, dealing with internal and external customers. It is a great opportunity to develop your business administration and communication skills whilst gaining commercial insight. Full training will be provided to enable progression.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Processing sales and supplier invoices
- Supplier payment management
- Updating customer databases
- Be highly organised and self-motivated, and ready to gain the experience to prioritise workloads
- Be confident with numbers and data
- Have well developed communication, organisation and time management skills.
- Be comfortable with methodical tasks that form a regular pattern to your workload and responsibilities
- Embrace continuous improvement through learning and practice
- Have a good understanding of all Microsoft programs, especially excel and outlook

In return, we’re happy to support you gaining a Level 3 apprenticeship in Business Administration.
