We are looking for an energetic Chiropractic Assistant/Receptionist to become an integral part of our Front Desk Team.

The purpose of this clinic is to support as many people as possible in their quest for optimal health and to educate them about Chiropractic and encourage them to educate others. Provide lifelong Chiropractic wellness care to our patients and their families. Enable the body to express its maximum genetic potential through the elimination of the vertebral subluxation complex.

**Apprenticeship Summary**:

- Working towards Level 3 Standard Business Administration Qualification. ( Expected Duration: 16 months )
- Training Provider: LMP Education (Rated top 10 best apprentice provider across the UK) Qualification delivered online/remote, alongside the full time job role.
- Hours: 30 p/w,
- Monday - Friday Clinic hours are 7.45am to 6.15pm (with 2 late shifts a week until 7.15pm), split into morning/afternoon shifts of 5.5hours. Saturday hours are 9-2pm. Shifts TBC at interview.
- Shifts will be assigned on a semi-fixed rota basis but flexibility and the ability to cover holiday and sickness may be necessary.
- Minimum Salary : £6 p/h. (Above the national apprentice wage).
- You will hold GCSE or equivalent Maths & English GCSE/ Functional Skills Equivalent (Grade 4/C or Level 2).

**Job Duties**:

- Advanced clerical and computer skills necessary.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure are essential
- Duties include greeting patients, collecting fees, scheduling appointments, data entry, and filing.
- Must be people-oriented, enthusiastic and driven. Effective communication skills a must.
- A passion for high quality customer service and attention to detail is important
- Experience/understanding of chiropractic treatment beneficial but not necessary
- To ensure accuracy and confidentiality in dealing with requests and maintaining records.

- Professional manner
