Administrative Assistant

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
- Booking client appointments for fee earners and relevant interpreters
- Updating fee earner diaries
- Liaising with clients about appointments as well as other concerns and queries that they may have
- Opening new client files
- Printing and sending post
- Updating incoming and outgoing post spreadsheets
- Photocopying and scanning documents
- Meeting and greeting clients who attend the office
**Skills**:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Knowledge of Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets)
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £20,820.80 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus scheme

- Lancaster: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
