Your new role
•Addressing queries via phone and email.
•Contribute to social media projects and assist in marketing to drive the business forward.
•Handle various administrative duties, including document creation, filing, database management, and calendar bookings.
•Assist the rest of the team, ensuring all operations run smoothly.
•This is an excellent opportunity with scope to progress and diversify your role.
What you'll need to succeed
•Excellent communication skills
•Previous experience in administration, along with proficiency in IT tools and software.
•Sociable, enthusiastic, hard-working, well-presented and able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
•Excellent time management and organisational abilities
