We have an exciting opportunity for an administrator to join our Primary Care team at HMP Lancaster Farms, a Category C Prison based in Lancaster.

**Salary**

This position is full time and you’ll receive an annual salary of £23,625 - £26,145 ‬per annum - depending on experience.

**What you'll be doing**:
What you’ll be doing

You will contribute to the delivery of administration services, to the healthcare team on site. The role will include working within a busy team, completing a variety of administrative tasks, working on IT systems, maintaining databases/waiting lists/call-up lists, customer service, answering and directing telephone calls, general office duties such as typing, ordering and stock control, scanning, etc.

**Qualifications and skills required**
- English and Maths at GCSE or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- Good IT skills and IT literacy
- Ability to work within a busy environment
- Ability to work unsupervised whilst following policy and procedures
