Assist and support with the management of student accommodation site.

You will have the support of the wider business and an exceptional area and regional team as you navigate this journey. This role involves a wide variety of skill sets, but we will be with you every step of the way as we develop you into life with My student living.

**Main Role**

2. Managing maintenance, assigning jobs to the weekly maintenance team; or arranging contracted maintenance if necessary.

3. Completing weekly bookings/cancellation reports, allocation reports, return of deposits and other data entry.

4. Running the site social media with the support of the marketing team.

5. Handling all on site health and safety (water/fire/contractor logbooks, incidents, primary on site first aider).

6. Maintaining filing systems both on site and electronically.

7. Processing and handling all bookings via portals.

8. Listed as one of the primary emergency contacts for out of hours line and to assist where necessary.

9. Manning the front desk to accept parcels, assist students with any problems, and greet any visitors.

10.Distributing mail, and informing residents of any larger deliveries.

11.Planning and executing Resident Engagement Programs/ regular events for residents. 12.Scheduling and carrying out viewings (in person or online) with prospective students. 13.Conducting mid-term inspections and end of tenancy room inspections, ensuring rooms are up to standard.

14.Ensuring other work by contractors or site caretaker/cleaner is completed.

15.Filing and posting any necessary charges after room inspections, and communicating this with the resident.

16.Carrying out and assessing regular fire drills.

17.Conducting weekly fire alarm/ AOV/ Refuge call/ lift alarm tests.

- Previous experience of working in a team within a similar role or environment
- Excellent organisation skills
- Ability to work in a team, lead, motivate and inspire
- Excellent IT skills
- Knowledge of health and safety requirements is desirable but not essential
- Demonstrate a high level of confidentiality, handling information, data, and documentation with care.

- Excellent IT skills
