As a growing company, we are hiring for a brand new role to assist the Office Manager with day-to-day office administrative tasks.

The role focuses on supporting the Office Manager to ensure that the office is running effectively on a day-to-day basis by providing comprehensive communication and support to our staff and external stakeholders.

**Responsibilities of the role**:

- General PA Support for Senior Management Team eg:, travel bookings, meeting minutes, taking messages, booking meetings, typing and distributing minutes and reports.
- Support staff with queries
- Record all staff annual leave and absence
- Monitor and coordinate staff return to work
- Book staff accommodation/travel and create itineraries for staff trips
- Support with Professional Development bookings and gather feedback evaluation from staff after
- Promote wellbeing resources for staff
- Raise awareness for specific wellbeing events/causes
- Support Office Manager with the recruitment process
- Conduct reference and DBS checks for new hires
- Support with new staff onboarding process
- Ensure staff birthdays and key dates are celebrated
- General office duties
- Abide by Chiptech Values and Code of Ethics

**Required Experience**
- Excellent customer service/relationship skills.
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills and able to deal with people at all levels both in and outside the business.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Well organised and able to prioritise and multitask.
- Self-motivated and able to work using own initiative.
- A team player both confident and professional.
- Practical and adaptable.
- Self-motivated and capable of dealing with fast moving and varied events which are demanding.
- Computer literate with a minimum basic Word and Excel skills**Person Profile**

- Be able to effectively prioritise tasks

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,000.00 per year
