Administrator - construction - £20-£25k - part time hours also considered - Barnsley

Duties of the Construction Administrator:
General admin support to the commercial team as required.
Assisting in the processing of payments for subcontractors.
Complete necessary changes to accommodate variations.
To assist in the financial and technical aspects of contracts including procurement, invoicing and payment.
Recording and monitoring labour contractor payments.
Requesting, collating, and recording of sub-contractor and Health and safety documentation for review and approval.
Preparing subcontractor tender packages and collating returns.
Maintaining new and existing contractors.
Assisting in the preparation of key status reports and updates on all KPIs relating to the commercial team.
Updating payment records, preparing and issuing of pay less notices.

Role Criteria:
Experience in the Construction/facilities industry.
Experience of working in similar role.
Excellent IT skills with a solid understanding of Microsoft, Windows and Outlook packages.
Excellent attention to detail.
Organised and ability to prioritise.
Ability to be proactive and act on own initiative.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
