We are looking to fill the position of Office Administrator to form part of the company's core team at our head office in Barnsley.

The position is open for an immediate start.

Salary is negotiable, and will be dependent on experience and qualifications.

The Office Administrator reports to the Registered Managers, and will be responsible for all aspects of administration within the company.
- Inputting and amending information on PULSE systems, both accurately and efficiently - including staff details, rotas, timesheets, booking of shifts, cancellations and any information updates needed.
- Ensuring compliance with mandatory training for agency staff is met.
- Responsible for dealing with incoming and outgoing post.
- Responsible for dealing with incoming calls.
- Development and maintenance of relationships with clients and staff.
- Management of responsibilities and any other duty that may be reasonably assigned.

**Essential Skills and Requirements**
- 1 year’s administration experience for another organisation.
- Experience in using Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to recognise priorities and organise workloads, use own initiative and work as part of a team.
- Punctual, reliable and flexible.

**Desirable Skills**
- Experience with PULSE (training and support can be given)
- NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration.
