- ** Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of commercial transactions, agreements, and client interactions
- ** Customer Communication**: Be the point of contact for commercial clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships
- ** Billing and Invoicing**: Collaborate with finance teams to ensure accurate and timely billing and invoicing
- ** Data Analysis**: Compile and analyse data related to commercial activities, providing insights for decision-making
- ** Administrative Support**: Assist the commercial team with tasks like scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence

**Experience of the Commercial Administrator**:

- Previous experience in a similar administrative role
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently
