Our client is a well-established and successful company based in Barnsley; due to their continued growth and expansion they are looking for an experienced Administrator to join their existing team.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Management of the end to end claims process
- Understanding customer and client needs and ensuring claims are managed accordingly
- Build relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external
- Promote honest feedback and continuously look to improve the claims handling process.

**Skills Required**:

- Previous administation / customer service experience
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- An eagerness to learn and develop
- Excellent IT skills - Microsoft office and CMS Systems
