Following a recent internal promotion, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join us to provide effective administrative support service to our Empty Homes Team.

This team are passionate about ensuring we provide great homes for our customers and are responsible for getting that home ready for our new customer in an efficient manner.

**The Role**

You will be a key member of our Empty Homes Team and provide a range of comprehensive administrative support ranging from raising purchase orders to suppliers, using internal systems to keep real time data accurate relating to Empty Homes, providing key reporting data the Empty Homes Manager, minuting meetings with contractors and more.

You will need to be self motivated with accuracy and attention to detail with a strong awareness of confidentiality relating to personal information, including a good understanding of Data Protection (GDPR) coupled with a basic understanding of property related Health and Safety and Compliance.

**We are looking for**:

- Strong time management and organisational skills
- The ability to manage a busy workload and set priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally and in writing at all levels.
- An NVQ level 3 in Business Administration (or equivalent experience).
