Office Assistant

Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, mailing, and filing
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization
- Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, mails and packages
- Humbleness, politeness and availability to learn
Preferred:
- Past experience as call handler in a call center
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an office assistant
- Proficient in using computerized systems, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
