SPR Careers are proud to be working with a public sector client to recruit for an **Admin Officer **on a temporary basis.
**Admin Officer Working Instructions**:
**Pay Rate**: Grade 4 Role paying £11.59p/h
**Hours**: 37 Hours
**Location**: Wolverhampton - Hybrid Structure
**Essential Experience and Qualities for an Admin Officer**:
- Experience of taking minutes / notes for panel meetings and conferences.
- Listening skills - Ability to listen, absorb and record what is being said is crucial.
- Using Microsoft Office and other IT software’s
**Admin Officer Key Duties**:
- Maintain the utmost discretion and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
- Implement and adhere to the department's data protection policies and guidelines.
- Assist department staff in scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Ensure that diaries are up-to-date and well-coordinated to avoid scheduling conflicts.
- Accurately input and update data into the department's record-keeping systems, including case files, databases, and spreadsheets.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when recording and tracking information.
- Provide general administrative support including preparing documents, reports, and presentations as required.
