Office Assistant

Experience:
- Previous experience in an office assistant or administrative role is preferred
- The ability to work as a positive member of a small long established team is essential
- Proficient in data entry and general office tasks
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and similar programs
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Provide administrative support to the office team
- Type and prepare documents, reports, and correspondence
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate person
- Maintain phone etiquette and provide excellent customer service
- Utilize Microsoft Office and other office software to create and edit documents
- Assist with office organization and maintain accurate of health and safety records
- Familiarity with computerized accounting systems is a plus
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: £15,000.00-£20,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week
