Office Assistant

**SFC (Europe) has established its place as a market leader for the manufacture and supply of Safety Critical and High Performance grade bolting.**
We are a strategic Manufacturer, encompassing rigorous quality systems with full documentation packages for the Energy and Oil & Gas industries, Onshore, Offshore and Subsea.
We are looking for a Office Assistant/Data Input to join our growing team.
**Job Summary**
- Order entry both Domestic (UK clients) and Export clients
- Job building based on orders being processed.
- Place purchase orders with local suppliers
- Scan orders into the system and file according to our system structure
- Raise internal job cards against individual orders
- General housekeeping
- Any other administrative duties as required (scanning/filing)
- Being self-motivated, and willing to learn and develop further into this role. Must be confident and willing to ask if unsure
- Any other duties that are necessary with the development of this position.
- Full Training given
**Requirements**:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer literacy, particularly with Excel
- Must be confident, self-motivated and willing to learn and develop within the role
Full Time 40 Hours per week 08.30 - 17.30 Monday - Friday
- Must be immediately available for work
Salary negotiable, exceeds National Minimum Wage.

Pay: £10.00-£20.00 per year
