We are seeking a quality lead to work with our targeted services in our adult community mental health services.

By joining our newly formed senior leadership team you will be working with the Head of Nursing, Nurse Consultant, Operational Managers/Leads, Community Mental Health Matron & Psychology leads, becoming part of a progressive team leading new ways of working. We are in partnership with our colleagues in Primary care and collaborating with system colleagues in the Voluntary & 3rd Sector to transform how services are delivered - then this role is for you

This is a new post in targeted and specialist mental health services which will provide a diverse and interesting experience for the post holder and will cover, Specialist perinatal mental health, Adult ADHD, Cornwall adult autism assessment service, Early intervention in psychosis, Complex emotional difficulties and AdultEating disorder services.

We have the perfect position for someone who holds quality improvement at the heart of everything that they do and who is eager to share learning with colleagues. You must have experience in delivering quality improvement projects.

This position will give you the opportunity to work closely with senior operational & clinical leaders to enhance our services and patient care. This multi-faceted role that will enable you to grow and develop new skills in quality improvement methodology, audit and clinical review.

You will work across a range of adult mental health services based in the community. This role means you will be a key member of a clinical and operational leadership team who are embarking on a system wide transformation program.

We’re an NHS community and mental health provider Trust based in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly. We deliver community and hospital-based care to improve people’s physical and mental health. We also provide specialist support to people with dementia or a learning disability.

Over 4,000 people make up the Trust. This includes doctors, nurses, therapists, plus admin and support staff.

We work in people's homes, in community clinics and bases. Some staff work from one of our 13 community hospitals. Our aspiration is to have great people, provide great care, be a great place to work and a great partner.

Just over 532,000 people live here. A third of people who live in Cornwall are supported by acute hospital services in Devon. As a result, we also work closely with our partners in Devon. In the summer, and during other holidays lots of people choose to visit the area. This increases the numbers of people who use our services.
