**Job overview**:
A unique post as a Lead CBT Psychological Professional/Therapist/Practitioner Psychologist has been developed as part of our psychological professional’s leadership structure. We are looking for a CBT Psychological Professional/Therapist/Practitioner Psychologist to join our growing psychological professions team, lead on the clinical supervision and governance of psychological professionals offering CBT in adult mental health community services, develop and deliver specialist CBT services. We are looking for those who are innovative, flexible, and passionate about transforming and delivering services that provide trauma-informed, person-centred care in adult community mental health. There will be opportunities to lead on and significantly contribute to the development of a new model of integrated primary and community mental health services linking Community MH teams, Targeted services, Talking Therapies and Primary Care Networks.

**Interviews will be held in person on 26 May and/or 2 June in Cornwall.**

**Main duties of the job**:
The Lead Psychological Professional/Therapist/Practitioner Psychologist (CBT) role is a varied one providing balance between clinical work, supervision, consultation, leadership, and service development. Skills and experience in supporting psychological practice in community mental health by contributing a psychological perspective to a NHS, Council and third sector multidisciplinary team’s working and treatment planning are valued. The Lead CBT Psychological Professional/Therapist/Practitioner Psychologist sits alongside the Lead practitioner psychologists, Lead psychological professionals, Lead Nursing and Allied Health Professionals, Medical and Operational colleagues as part of an experienced, compassionate, trauma informed and person-centred multidisciplinary leadership team. We are keen to support psychological professionals’ development. Training and supervision in leadership, and clinical interventions to deliver and support our NICE informed care pathways is encouraged.
