Cornwall Partnership Foundation Trust currently has a Finance Lead vacancy within their Finance Team, which is open to anyone seeking to work in partnership with clinical services, providing financial information and advice to support decision making.

There are 2 job descriptions attached to this advertisement. Depending on recruitment outcomes you will be offered either Finance Lead (Band 7) post or a Finance Lead Developmental (Band 6-7) post. Upon completion of a development plan you will move into a Finance Lead (Band 7) post.

This is intended to be a full-time post working 37.5 hours per week, however part-time hours and job-share will be considered.

**What will you achieve in the role?**
- Work alongside experienced NHS Finance colleagues to build knowledge and skills around all areas of financial management and the NHS healthcare system
- Support operational services through communicating with various stakeholders
- Produce Finance reports and present these reports to non-Finance professionals
- Analyse and interpret complex information
- Effectively build relationships providing advice and influencing service provision
- Complete a personalised development plan (if applicable)
