We are seeking a quality lead to work closely with our 6 specialist community mental health teams.

By joining our newly formed senior leadership team you will be working with the Head of Nursing, Nurse Consultant, Operational Managers/Leads, & Psychology leads, becoming part of a progressive team leading new ways of working. We are in partnership with our colleagues in Primary care and collaborating with system colleagues in the Voluntary & 3rd Sector to transform how services are delivered - if this all sounds interesting, then this role is for you

**Main duties of the job**:
This post will support our 6 specialist Community Mental health teams and will provide a diverse and interesting experience for the post holder.

This is absolutely the perfect role for someone who holds quality improvement at the heart of everything that they do. You must have previous experience in delivering quality improvement projects.

This position will give you the opportunity to work closely with senior operational & clinical leaders to enhance our services and patient care. This multi-faceted role that will enable you to grow and develop new skills in quality improvement methodology, audit and clinical review.

You will also work closely with managers within the CMHT's to drive up quality improvement and work hand in hand to help deliver on transformation. This role means you will be a key member of a clinical and operational leadership team who are embarking on a system wide transformation program.
