North Cornwall CMHT, based in Bodmin, is made up of highly motivated and supportive professionals focused on offering an outstanding therapeutic service. We are looking for a mental health nurse to work collaboratively with the team who is motivated to work with service users with complex mental health care needs.

Main duties of the job

To deliver a high quality mental health service to those individuals with severe and/or enduring mental health problems. This includes:

o Being responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of persons with mental health needs.o To provide clinical advice, education, support and training the primary healthcare team, other professionals, relatives and carers on the management of mental health problems.o Participate in caseload management.o To provide personalised care to support clients with their mental health management and when they experience a crisis/relapse.
