**Duties**:
- Processing fuel orders onto bespoke system
- Reconciling supplier invoices & purchase orders
- Make outgoing calls to suppliers & customers
- Providing proof of deliveries to customers
- Input new data on bespoke system
- Assist with general office duties
- Any other adhoc tasks requested by management
**Requirements**:
- Proven administration experience preferred
- Strong IT skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organisation skills with attention to detail
Other:
- Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm
- £23,000 to £25,000 pa DOE
- Friendly and supportive team
- Own transport is preferred due to the location
Pay: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
