We are seeking an Administration Assistant to join our team and provide support to our company. As an Administration Assistant, you will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations of our office.
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls and take messages as needed
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and make travel arrangements for team members
- Prepare, edit and format various documents, reports, and presentations
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail and packages
- Assist in organising and coordinating company events and meetings
- Provide general administrative support to other departments as needed
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an Administration Assistant or similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritise tasks
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
