Our Client based in the York Ring Road are recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join their busy team.

Fantastic working hours working Monday to Thursday 9am-5pm and Friday 9am-4.30pm - Office based

**Salary** - £22-23,000 depending on experience

This main purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to various teams, ensure trainers have all the documentation they need and delegates are greeted professionally.

**Duties and responsibilities**
- Course booking administration
- Production of course handouts and presentation material
- Post-course administration including letters and processing certification and creating & updating database records
- Accounts duties which may include; Sales Invoicing, Purchase Invoices/Statements, collecting payments, debt chasing, petty cash, banking
- Developing and maintaining excellent client working relationships
- Administrative support to Management, Sales and Course Tutors as required

**Attributes Required**:

- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Computer literacy, the use of MS office, word and excel and similar workplace tools.
- Previous administrative experience is essential.
- Customer service skills.
- Teamwork.
- Attention to Detail.
