Seeking a strong Administrator to provide support to a Facilities team within a School, with excellent communication and organisational skills. This role is responsible for providing a range of administrative support services in line with facilities management.

Duties include:

- Act as first point of contact for enquiries for the Facilities team and provide information and updates to the relevant people.
- Undertaking Lettings Management, providing quotes, diary managing, organising meetings, taking meeting minutes and arranging appointments.
- Analyse and report findings in a timely manner upon request.
- Obtain quotes for works, ensure orders are raised and invoices are processed for payment within the prescribed period.
- To assist in arranging contracts and working closely with the HR team to ensure the correct checks are in place before allowing contractors on site.
- Monitor the performance of contractors to ensure high standard of delivery and providing regular updates to the Facilities Manager and Head of Facilities and Compliance.
- Ordering materials and equipment and maintain stock levels.
- Administer facilities reports and other relevant departmental systems.
- Keep appropriate record systems up to date and assist with the upkeep of a property asset register for the school. Help maintain filing & information retrieval systems.
