The role is a great opportunity for anyone interested in developing their career within HR, or who has experience working in recruitment or similar target-driven position and is looking for a new challenge within a customer focused role. **Main duties of the job**:
You will have experience of working in a busy office environment, preferably with a fast paced recruitment background or high volume administrative environment - an understanding of the pre-employment screening processes will be an advantage.

- NVQ 3 or equivalent in Business Administration or a related field

- CPP (Certificate in Personnel Practice

**Knowledge, Skills & Experience**:

- Experience of working in an Administrative environment
- Experience of using Microsoft Office packages including Word and Excel
- Experience of working in a Customer Service environment

**Desirable criteria**:

- Experience of working in a fast paced Recruitment, HR environment
